Abstract

冠心病(Coronary Heart Disease, CHD)是全球主要致死和致残疾病之一,其慢性病程决定了长期管理和康复的必要性。远程心脏康复(Telecardiac Rehabilitation, TCR)作为二级预防的重要手段,可提高患者的心血管健康水平。然而,传统TCR在个性化、依从性及实时监测方面仍存在局限。人工智能(Artificial Intelligence, AI)通过智能监测、机器学习及个性化干预,为TCR提供精准、高效的管理方案。本文综述AI在TCR中的应用进展,重点探讨智能监测、个性化干预及技术挑战,并展望未来发展方向。
