Abstract

This paper discusses the key role of universal education in promoting national development and solving occupational maladjustment. Emphasizing the influence of education on economic growth, social stability, innovation and cultural protection is very important for improving national competitiveness and sustainable development. This research has been widely investigated in all parts of China, which proves that education can improve skills, promote social harmony, stimulate creativity and protect cultural heritage. However, an important problem is the dislocation between episode and professional role, which wastes human capital and reduces the return on education and investment. In order to meet these challenges, the article suggests combining educational courses with the needs of the labor market to reduce the unsatisfactory majors.we concluded that emphasizes the quality and relevance of education to ensure that learners acquire relevant skills. Promoting life, study and training can enhance the adaptability and resilience of labor. These strategic interventions are aimed at creating an effective education system to promote economic prospects and enable individuals to develop their full potential. These measures have enhanced national competitiveness and are essential for long-term sustainable development.
