Abstract

General self-efficacy refers to the overall level of confidence held by an individual in the face of various challenges or new situations. Previous research has revealed that general self-efficacy is strongly associated with an individual's mental health states, such as anxiety and depression. General self-efficacy was significantly and negatively correlated with trait anxiety, test anxiety, and state anxiety, as well as with depression[3] . On the other hand, subjective well-being is an individual's overall evaluation of the quality of life based on his or her own criteria, and it is regarded as an important psychological indicator of the quality of life of individuals and society, which can reflect the quality of life of individuals in society.
