Abstract

摘要:链簇(短链脂肪酸,SCFAs)是损伤群短发酵产物,在维持悬架作用、调节免疫反应及抑制调节反应中发挥重要作用。近年来,研究发现SCFAs可能通过肠眼轴影响部分疾病的发生与发展。文章综述了SCFAs在眼部疾病中的作用机制,重点关注其在糖尿病性损伤、葡萄膜炎和炎症中的研究进展,探讨其作为潜在治疗靶点的可能性。
